The Design And Implementation Of Modern Industry Project Dynamic Monitoring System For Linyi City

With the development of economy and the increase of the number of industrial projects,the traditional project management is becoming more and more difficult.For example,there are still many areas using traditional management in Linyi.The majority of Linyi's modern industrial projects have a large number of documents and it is not conducive to archive management.Over time,it will slow down the progress of the entire project in Linyi.It has a serious impact on the implementation of the project and it is not conducive to the promotion of enterprise projects.In order to solve the above problems,we final decided to establish a dynamic monitoring system for modern industrial projects in Linyi.The system can improve the work efficiency,and strengthen management.It also can improve the dynamic supervision and management of modern industrial projects,enhance the prestige,attract customers and high-quality project resources and promote the economic development of the municipal government.In order to complete the design and implementation of the dynamic monitoring system of modern industrial projects in Linyi,we decided to use Java to prepare the background code,use JSP to prepare the front Web display page.In order to improve the structure of the program,we use Struts,Spring and SSH of Hibernate framework to develop.The Hibernate is responsible for the data model layer.It uses JDBC/ODBC bridge to achieve data exchange between the system and the database.Spring is located in the business logic layer.It is responsible for specific business logic,processing user requests and completing the specific operation.Struts is located in the control layer and it is responsible for receiving the user's request,and call the corresponding business logic to complete the request processing,and then return the results to the user in the form of Web pages.On the other hand,the system also uses the MVC model,which is used to organize the program code,design different functional module and,reduce the coupling between different modules of the program.Finally,based on the requirements of reliability and security,the system uses SQL SERVER 2014 as the database management system.Through the demand analysis,the dynamic monitoring system for modern industrial projects in Linyi includes six modules.The system includes project process management module,industrial resource management module,coordination disposal management function module,weekly work management module,content management module and industrial process management module.The project process management module is mainly responsible for the modern industrial project reporting,auditing,bidding,statistics and other operations.It includes project management,project audit,project statistics and annual target management.The industrial resource management is mainly responsible for industrial projects used in the enterprise resources,human resources,technology and scientific research resources.It includes high end enterprise library management,high-end talent pool management,advanced technology management,high level scientific research institute management and customer data management.The coordination disposal management is mainly responsible for tracking the various problems encountered in the process of the project and its aftermath.It includes the issue reporting,problem tracking and problem solving and feedback.The weekly work management function is responsible for making the weekly plan,summarizing and supervising the weekly work schedule.It includes the weekly plan management,the scheduling information management and etc.The content management is responsible for the management of the progress of the various projects.It is divided into information dissemination,information management,information reviewing and presentation management.The industrial process management module is mainly responsible for the specific management of industrial projects to promote theunified management of the situation.It includes the management of the industry promoting,the management of project activities and the management of the industry and etc.The dynamic monitoring system of modern industry in Linyi will improve the municipal Government's level of project management.It can improve working environment,increase public trust and attract more high-quality corporate projects.It can create a harmonious and friendly industrial project supervision environment and promote economic development.
