The Design And Implementation Of The National Fitness Project Management System For Shandong Province

In Shandong Province,because of the rapid development of mass sports,the national fitness business investment is increasing year by year,various types of site facilities are substantially increasing.Sports administration have build nearly 80,000 site facilities,about 7,000 new projects last year.The number and quality of site construction,the use of funds,information of acceptance and donation and operation management are all managed by traditional paper files and extensive manual way,which not only require a lot of manpower and resources,but also lack of accuracy and convenience,so it can not meet needs of the work.Based on those,this paper designed and implemented Shandong Province National Fitness Project Management System.The system used B/S mode in framework design,used Java language in language implementation,used SSH framework in Web page design,used Oracle Version lOg in database design.From bottom to top,there were data source,management platform,service function platform and presentation layer in the system,the upper call between the layer and the layer was conducted by the service,the call interface of design standard between services shielded the bottom realization to ensure the data security and consistency Sex.Shandong Province National Fitness Project Management System achieved six modules,including project information collection,project application,project activity management,project contract management,basic information management and comprehensive statistical query.Project information collection achieved national fitness center project information collection,outdoor sports fitness project information collection,sports square project information collection,sports park project information collection,farmer sports fitness project information collection,township street project information collection,community multi-purpose sports field project information collection and community sports fitness project information collection.Project application achieved project profile declaration,project budget application,project construction and management,site location picture maintenance,project feasibility report maintenance,land use maintenance,financial certification maintenance and local DRC project maintenance.Project activity management achieved dictionary maintenance,daily activity maintenance,and national fitness sports meeting maintenance.Project contract management achieved the contract township management,contract community management and contract administrative village management.Basic information management achieved supplier management,village or community maintenance,township project census information maintenance,and provincial and national project file maintenance.Comprehensive statistical query achieved comprehensive query and comprehensive statistics.The deployment and application of the implemented system in Shandong Province at all levels of sports sector completely changed the way of fitness public information management,not only save manpower and resources and improve the efficiency and convenience of management,but also improve the accuracy of information management,realize network and digitization of group business,that proving technical support and information security for leader making scientific decision-making.
