Document management includes document type management, document information management, documents registration, documents training, documents statistic, document flow. Bid analysis management includes bidding record label information management, view floating graphs. Report center management includes report type management, report management. System maintenance management includes management of archives, contracts, fees, staff information, units, schedules, users, and other corporate information and system setting.After the operation of this system, it can improve the degree of standardization and automation in project bidding management, and improve the efficiency and quality of work, making the company executives grasping the tender information in full range of companies, and making timely adjustments to help the future development of the company.
