With the gradual popularization of Highway ETC card,the number of users is also rising year by year.The majority of highway commuter staff pay with ETC card.With the reform of the relevant mechanism,the current ETC card charging mechanism has become the mainstream charging form of highways,and related management mechanism is also gradually establishing.According to the current operating mechanism of this kind of business,process and analysis of all kinds of information are still insufficient,and the gradual application of mobile devices also open a space for improving the performance of the system.Therefore,based on the above needs,Highway ETC Mobile Recharge Platform is researched and developed.B/S architecture,MVC design patterns,SSH framework,Oraclellg database,Android platform and other technologies were used during the research and development work of Highway ETC Mobile Recharge Platform.B/S architecture is one of the most commonly used three-tier architecture technology.MVC model took hierarchy as the basic idea and based on it to divided the system into data persistence layer,front desk interaction layer and business processing layer.Based on that,SSH framework was adopted for all aspects of responsibility.Oraclellg database technology was mainly used for the data management,effectively enhancing the security of system data through query optimization and other mechanisms.Android platform is currently more commonly used mobile application developing technology,and the technology,basing on linux runtime library,was used in the process of the mobile application developing functions for the system.The high-speed ETC mobile charging platform has implemented the functions of front-end operation management,accounting bill management,mobile charging value APP,system administration and so on.The front-end operation management has been implemented in order management,front-end operation management,channel report management,invoice management,etc.The management of the billing bill has been implemented in terms of payment management and payment of account management.The mobile charging value APP implements the function of reading card management,order query management,etc.System management has implemented the functions of user management,logging management,system configuration and homepage management.The research and development work of Highway ETC Mobile Recharge Platform was closely related to current departments strengthening the management of highway daily work and the general trend of gradually increasing number of ETC card users currently.System operation enhanced the efficiency of highway ETC card recharge work,effectively improving the level and quality of the daily supervision work for the relevant departments and creating more convenient conditions for the relevant works.
