Design And Implementation Of A Mobile Phone Terminal Prepaid Management System

With the development of mobile communication, new business keeps emerging in an endless stream, along with varied business models. In terms of the charging mode, distribution of business claims also grows in complexity among operators, service providers, service providers, manufacturers and other members. At the same time, billing system involve not only billing parameters such as minutes, data usage, contents, but also user service attributes including the packages, network access, service level. The monolinear and unsophisticated charging mode based on minutes, usage, contents and packages is now unable to meet the operator’s business needs. Therefore, innovation in billing model become an important work of operators.This paper illustrates the design and development of a mobile phone prepayment management system based on forging telecom operators’needs. In analyzing the essential properties of accuracy, safety and stability of a prepayment management application and the specific properties and requirements of the prepayment process of various services, this paper illustrates the function of each module, the interfaces between modules, module of data processing, so as to realize the prepayment management system. The mobile phone charging mechanism of current domestic and international telecommunication business use summarized. On this basis an analysis is carried out on the operator’s actual demand and international communication protocol specification requirements, with focus on the speech management module, the message management module, data flow management module and real-time payment function, followed by a detailed description of the function points and establish case diagram. Then, according to the requirement analysis above, a detailed design of the prepayment management system will be presented, with the analysis and design of the main module from the points of both internal function and external access.The prepayment management application runs well in the mobile phone, meets the operator’s demand, and solves the problem of mobile phone billing. In the meantime, it also provides a convenient and humanized service for the user and brings more enjoyable experience for the user.
