With the development of mobile internet technology and the popularity of smartphones, people get easier access to information services. At the same time, thefinancial companies have begun to shift focus on the mobile market.By investigating the needs of the securities company, it found that financialaccounting is an important habit in the process of personal finance for brokerage, andthat providing mobile billing is the times demand adapted to the information age forbrokerage maintaining customers. After smart phones became popular, financialaccounting demand has driven the research and development for mobile financialmanagement system. It is necessary for securities companies to develop mobilefinancial management system based on the platform of smart phones by mobileinternet technology to satisfy clients.Using the mobile internet technology, the paper has developed a personalfinancial management system based on the Android platform for brokerage clients.Through analyzing App Store, Android Market, mature case in developmentcommunity, it completes developing the system by using Android SDK and Eclipse tobuild the development platform, JAVA language to implement the function modules,and Web service technology to build a communication system.The paper begins with a brief analysis of the research status of the mobilefinancial management systems and key technologies in system development. Secondly,based on the demand research of brokerage customers, it has analyzed functionalrequirements and non-functional requirements of the system. Through the case studies,it makes the system clear about the goals and tasks. Thirdly, the paper carries on theoverall design, module partition and functional division. Finally, based on Androidplatform, it introduces a sound system with the functions such as data storage, landing,insert, delete, account synchronization, remote download and so on. This paper alsoelaborates problems encountered in the systems develop and their solutions.In the end, the system including keeping accounting, detailed entry, deleting, andseveral ways to query and other functions, was tested. It shows that the function andperformance of the system can meet user needs.
