A Research On The Meteorological Information Collecting,Processing And Releasing System Based On Mobile Communication

With the rapid development of mobile communication service,the collecting,processing and releasing of meteorological information by means of mobile terminal are getting more and more important.Using mobile client as an important carrier has become an indispensable approach to release weather warning and forecast information.This thesis begins with a longitudinal comparison between traditional distribution ways and new distribution ways,the advantage of using mobile client to release information can be found easily.After a horizontal comparison between the advantages and disadvantages of the common weather forecast apps,three innovation advantages of Zhongshan Weather Forecast app developed in this project are obvious:1,The timely release of weather warnings and forecasts.2,The construction of supportive forecasting platform based on basic data.3,Realization intelligent function based on local meteorological broadcast.The paper constructs the whole article from the requirements analysis,the design of the system,the collection and processing of the data,the function implementation and the test order.The Zhongshan Weather Forecast app is based on the Android operating system,and the main development tools include the Java JDK,SDK(baidu map,Android,Share),Studio,SQLite,Spring Security,and so on.Firstly,the thesis puts forward the specific needs for various groups with different commands(the public,decision information staff,information reporting staff),and then sets the construction goal and the design scheme of the whole system.1?Basic functions: interface switch,map positioning,the release of weather warning information,the diagram drawing of meteorological data.2?Public functions: conventional weather forecast,various meteorological service products(tourism meteorology,traffic meteorology,real-time radar map and satellite cloud image,typhoon path information,voice broadcast and shared weather data,meteorological popular science and knowledge competition etc)and short-term prediction product.3 ? Internal functions: authentication function,supportive forecasting platform(meteorological elements statistics,rainfall statistics and information letters etc).Eventually,based on mobile communication,a system capable of collecting,processing,releasing meteorological information has been built——Zhongshan Weather Forecast app,which is available for installing and using.
