Design And Implementation Of Integrated Service System For Electronic Forensics

In recent years,with the rapid development of computer and Internet,crime is increasingly showing a diversified and intelligent,network,telecommunications network fraud,invasion of privacy,network gambling cases emerge in endlessly,further intensify the social harm.The promulgation and implementation of the new "criminal procedural law" the electronic evidence as an independent evidence,but the current public security organs,especially the grass-roots public security organs,in a certain deficiencies still exist in the application of electronic evidence.In this thesis,combining the reality of public security work,try to research and design a set of integrated service system conforms to the grassroots to electronic evidence,realize the standardized management of case and evidence.The thesis mainly does the following aspects:One is through the study on electronic evidence law books and related information,comprehensive mastery of the electronic evidence used in the judicial practice need of attribute and the conventional process of electronic evidence.Two is combined with the public security organs working process,the electronic forensics process and approval procedures,authority level configuration,the evidence management,task management,case management,user management,organization management,rights management and so on six big function module has carried on the demand analysis and detailed design.Three is according to the demand of six major functional modules and preliminary design,scientific design of the database structure,the case evidence,tasks,unified management,user and organization information into the database,realize information management of case and electronic evidence.Four is the use of the PHP language,the MySql database,the Apache server,using the MVC design pattern,the design and implementation of the electronic forensics integrated service system.Five is through repeated debugging of completed systems,eliminating known bugs,and improving the stability and ease of the system as much as possible.In this thesis,the design and development of the electronic forensics integrated service management system,can realize centralized management on electronic evidence,with the case flow and share analysis,extraction of function,at the same time according to the requirements of the grass-roots work,the period of time for handling the case to remind function was preliminarily realized.
