In recent years,with China's economic development and transformation and industrial restructuring,some industries may face positions gradually reduce or even eliminated,some of the emerging industry jobs that require more new talent,which prompted us to need to have more professional skills,strengthen vocational learning skills training,the establishment of vocational skills assessment,online assessment test vocational skills training has become a popular way to identify occupational,and vocational skills online authentication system,changed the traditional centralized skills assessment methods to improve the efficiency and quality of skills identification,reduce management costs.We selected occupation skill testing anthority system of the enterprise as the research background,In consideration of the characteristics of the enterprise's current situation,this paper analyzes the related process of the occupation skill testing anthority system.UML use cases was used to work for requirement analysis and modeling system functional modules.The system has B/S model structure,J2 EE as its foundational development platform and Oracle as its database management while it is also programmed with m Java.This article describes the system demand analysis,system design,implementation and deployment.The essay discusses the development process of the system from the perspective of software engineering.First,the essay introduces the demand research of the system,and then describes the requirement analysis in object-oriented and structured method,Shows the main functions of the system,and introduces in detail the function of the use case diagram,thirdly,described details of the process of the system design,network design,database design,system security design and so on.After completed the case analysis,determined the overall design,system architecture,function structure,and completed the system design in detail,given the activity flow chart and module chart of the system each function module,realized the system finally.We completed system deployment,functional testing and performance testing from the application point of view,the test results showed the effectiveness of the system.At present,the system has been put into service,the application results show the system meet the goal of users.
