This thesis to wisco (xiangfan) company professional skill appraisal management present situation as a foundation, combined with the company professional skill appraisal daily management process, found that manual processing data quantity is very big, work efficiency is low, and often appear data information of the mistakes. Through the JSF, Spring and iBATIS frame analysis, the compatible LaoBan human resources information management system on the basis of the integration of the three can be found through to achieve professional identification of information management.This thesis first to topic research background and the basis of the status quo of JSF, Spring and iBATIS three open source framework are studied, at the same time analyzed the three kinds of open source framework for integrated technical feasibility, and thus the development framework for system development. Then, in the appraisal work to explore business process, on the basis of the analysis of the whole system design, system and the different function module partition, and at the same time, the design of the database system. Finally, this thesis expounds the system each management module, respectively according to the hierarchical structure of the system on the system development process, and deployment and test the system operation reliability.This thesis research key point is to use JSF, Spring and iBATIS technology to complete the system development. Among them, the JSF used to reduce system coupling factor, Spring used to carry out business logic processing, iBATIS used to reduce the difficulty of the system development. Through the detailed design and research, the design of the system and the system before compared more excellent performance, more reliable operation, in addition also has good merger sex and expansibility, so with the system of the subsequent upgrade is more convenient.
