The Design And Implementation Of The Comprehensive Budget Formation Management System For The Group Enterprise

China’s economic development since the reform and opening up a great leap forward trend,for Chinese enterprises is even more so,with the growth and development of many companies,its business scope is growing,more and more complex organizational structure,the management level To the more,followed by the birth of many group-oriented enterprises.For these group enterprises,high-speed development must be accompanied by high risk,in order to reduce the overall risk,strengthen the group control,many group companies from abroad to introduce advanced comprehensive budget ideas and systems to support management,but because of domestic and foreign corporate culture,These foreign comprehensive budget system is usually not very good to adapt to the domestic group enterprise’s own strategic development needs.Therefore,the establishment of a comprehensive budget management system in line with the development strategy of the Chinese group is becoming more and more important.The work of this paper is one of the important components,namely,to design and implement a budget management system which can closely correspond with the group enterprise.Is the basis of the overall budget system,the premise that the budget can be well developed and implemented.Group enterprises can be through the implementation of budget management system and application to achieve the overall budget control,improve resource efficiency and reduce the risk of income and expenditure effect.In this paper,the paper analyzes the requirements of the group enterprise budget management system from the perspective of group,subordinate enterprises and the specific business angle,including the functional requirements and nonfunctioning requirements of the group enterprise budgeting system.And then introduced the technical architecture of the system,describes the logical layer of the system and the use of some of the technology.After that,the paper focuses on the functional structure of the budget management system of the group.The whole system function is decomposed into several modules such as data preparation,supplemented by the whole system flow chart.For some of the core modules,the paper provides further analysis of its sequence diagram,activity diagram and class diagram to help explain.After the requirements analysis,the structure design and the detailed design of the group enterprise budget management system respectively,the paper discusses the realization and testing process of the system separately,and gives the implementation code and interactive view of some core function modules respectively.The functional tests and performance tests are described,the test criteria are explained,and the test results are analyzed.Finally,the paper introduces the implementation of the budget management system of the group enterprise in some group enterprises,analyzes and summarizes some of the problems that arise,and gives the corresponding measures for the further improvement and improvement of the system.
