Under the background of China Telecom Corporation business transformating and upgrading,backbone information management system is developed and putting into use.At present,local maintenance workers only use paper to record optical fiber cable information.By this way,the workers can not be monitored,and the degree of informatization is not high.So the company has put forward the goal of establishing a unified optical cable information system to input,query,modify and monitor the optical cable information.Currently,mobile device can determine our position accurately with GPS,develop application.A large amount of information can be stored and uploaded to the server,.It is easy to carry and has a high frequency of use.So we have developed a cable information management system based on ArcGIS.This paper studies the data encryption algorithm IDEA,optimizes the IDEA key expansion process,and applies the algorithm to the user name,password,optical fiber related information encryption.Then the application of OTDR in optical fiber fault location process,and the test curve of OTDR was analyzed using wavelet transform,while also using the singular points of the structure of RBF neural network for testing curve analysis,determine the fault type optical fiber,optical fiber fault location is obtained.Server,Web and mobile terminal are developed with Ersi's SDK.The server uses MySql as the repository for data.Use SpringMVC and Mybatis to build the server framework,providing data query,processing,storage,display and other functions.There is no need to install client programs by using web application.Managers can track the real-time status of the patrol,track the history,patrol track and maintenance plan,and cable routing by using this application.Mobile terminals are displayed in the form of smartphones APP to users.The patrol personnel can conveniently use the mobile phone to carry out the collection,location and inspection of the optical cable on the spot,and reports can be uploaded to the server in time,which greatly improves the level of information in the work.
