With the speeding up of highway construction, the security level of highway is getting higher and higher, the security and stability problem caused by highway slope is increasing day by day, and it is more and more important for road safety detection and early warning. The current detection methods to the main manual detection, efficiency is relatively low. Optical fiber sensing technology is a new sensing technology, which can be used as an important breakthrough for highway slope detection.Based on optical fiber sensing technology, this paper applies it to highway slope safety early warning, and builds an OTDR-based slope warning system, which can acquire and locate the fault location on highway slope, Highway slope safety testing and early warning.Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) is the core measurement instrument of optical fiber fault location technology. The OTDR-based slope warning system needs to detect incident and locate the fault according to the measurement information returned by OTDR tester. Early warning function. Based on OTDR-based slope warning system, this paper realizes the information collection and processing of OTDR, and completes the security warning of highway slope.This paper first introduces the basic principles of OTDR, including the test principle and hardware structure, and then studied the OTDR test curve in the event type and measurement parameters. Then, according to the realization process of OTDR, we introduce the selection of hardware,such as OTDR tester, programmable optical switch and host computer, as well as the software implementation of the system function.Firstly, this paper introduces the design of OTDR-based slope safety early warning system. section. After analyzing the wavelet transform which is suitable for OTDR test curve signal denoising and event detection, we mainly analyze the multi-resolution of wavelet transform and Mallat algorithm,and construct appropriate OTDR test curve denoising and event detection wavelet base by Mallat algorithm.Therefore, the wavelet transform is applied to the de-noising and event detection of the test curve of the OTDR through the measurement information of the collecting fiber of the warning system. Firstly, the basic theory of wavelet transform is analyzed. Then, the basic principle of OTDR test signal denoising and three denoising methods are studied.According to the denoising effect, the threshold de-noising method is adopted to denoise the OTDR test curve. After obtaining the denoising curve, wavelet transform is used to realize event detection and non-reflection event on reflection events. The two-point method and least squares method are used to detect the event. Finally, through the slope early warning system to complete the event detection and automatic safety warning.
