Design And Implementation Of "One Card Solution" Management Information Platform Based On COM In Colleges And Universities

The system is an information system designed for management of card related actions for students and teachers.In order to solve the problem that one customer use many cards,to facilitate online and offline operation,and to make college attendance,access control and campus consumption more conveniently,the project team designs the system according to the actual business following general process of software engineering development.It is generally divided into six main modules: the module for managing attendance of undergraduate,the module for library,the module for dining room,the module for computer room,the module of recharging and the module for card management.The users of the system can be categorized into student,teacher and administrator.This thesis analyzes the requirement of the using of campus cards,describes the business functions of card management,attendance management,money management,computer room management,library management and canteen management.According to the requirement analysis,the thesis makes the overall design and detailed design of the system.In the overall design phase,the module division of the project and the structure of the interface are determined.In the detailed design stage,flow charts,data storage and working principle of each subsystem are introduced.The coding and interface implementing are deployed according to the detailed design.Because of the different techniques,coding is carried out with different tools.Interface design is a unified style to facilitate user access.Because of the different specific requirements,working principles and interface requirements of each subsystem,the thesis describes the design procedure of each subsystem separately.The project team also carries out the function test to the system,and thus the thesis introduces the content,method and result of the test of each subsystem.The results of the unified system test show the stability and reliability of the system.The system implements the card operation with wireless card technology.Terminals communicate with the server by TCP/IP socket.The server receives data and processes it by VC++ based program and Sql Server 2000 system,and COM technology is employed.JSP(java?JavaScript?html)is used to handle user query operation.The key techniques used in the process of development are: the wireless card technology,socket,threads,COM,JSP,etc.The thesis firstly introduces the whole solution,then focuses on the introduction of the subsystem's principle,database design and UI design,at last the testing procedure is described.This thesis fully discusses the security of IC card system using IC wireless card,the reliability of multi thread communication using TCP/IP,the convenience of online activation and recharging by Alipay and the wide applicability of JSP based web site.
