Maritime crew card application management system will serve as crew management system off-line application system platform supporting carrier. On the one hand crew together to achieve integrated management of information technology as well as marine applications, the overall goal, the other crew members constitute a comprehensive information and data management application system, to achieve dynamic applications static data, dynamic data static support. The whole system mainly consists of card management and card management objects are two application modules, the system has been developed using B/S structure. Paper mainly includes system requirements analysis, system design and functional back-end database application creation. This paper is based on functional design as the background, the whole system functions and processes design and implementation.Through six chapters of this thesis, logical structure can be attributed to the "needs analysis-overall design-functional design-database design-the configuration implementation." The first chapter describes the background and significance of research projects, job content and objectives; second chapter describes the Marine Board crew card information management system needs analysis and overall design; the third chapter describes the Marine Bureau crew card information management system function application design; fourth chapter Maritime crew card information management system database design; Chapter V Maritime crew card information Management system environment configuration design; the last chapter a brief summary of this work, and propose improvements to further optimize the system vision.
