The update speed is faster,modern information technology makes all the generation of management information system technology development gradually mature.For many of the higher vocational colleges in our country,enrollment expansion policy in the country,driven by school recruitment of students scale continues to expand,also makes the amount of students showed a trend of increasing.So,the management of the college student is faced with more and more severe pressure,and how to achieve the effective management of students in all kinds of information become the institutions of higher learning in our country,especially in higher vocational colleges must face and solve the problem.This article is a vocational and technical college students in the author's information management for the demand,on the basis of in-depth research on the related actual situation,draw lessons from the existing shortcomings in the course of student management system,design and develop a web-based application,ID card and the cellular phone.NET technology with the combination of students information management system.Here and it's a phone card system,non-contact RFID-SIM card as the carrier of information,the mobile phone card reader,the second generation id card reader as its main source of information input,the.NET environment as the foundation platform,finally realize the school within the scope of all kinds of information through mobile phone card integrated management system.This dissertation analyzes the characteristics of vocational and technical college students in their daily management,which decision is based on.NET environment of software design and development platform,realizing the function of system development.At the same time,the database using SQL Server system,and takes the ADO.NET under the support of the browser to access the system database.Through the system,can realize mobile phone card and confirm the scene of the second generation id card,user permissions Settings,data import and export and diversified combination query and other functions.
