The conception of non-fiction writing prospered in the 1960s in America,which raised from the converging of non-fiction novel and new journalism.The non-fiction writing refers to all the writing forms which base on the reality.Literariness,truthfulness and Narrativity are the characteristics of it.The aim of non-fiction writing is to present integrated story,which illustrate in the literary way to reveal the complexity of real life.The discourse of non-fiction writing started to play an important role in the Chinese journalism,the structural factors behind it including the radical changing China society;the survival crisis of marketized media and the demonstration effect of foreign writer.As to the journalists,they,in the face of crisis,try to rebuild authority of journalism and find its legitimacy again by changing the name from "feature" to "non-fiction writing".From the respect of professional awareness,the journalists try to transform their status to writer by the renaming.With the help of new technology,journalists come to the foreground and empower themselves,trying to become the center of the journalism.In the career imagination of non-fiction writers,they pursue utilitarianism to achieve self-actualization in the first place,rather than the social value.In the influence of commercial logic,the narrative pattern with impulses by strong plot,which narrows the theme of non-fiction writing.In the control of exclusiveness,the truthfulness is monopolized by a single report,and journalists try to sign the contract with the interviewees to ask them not to accept other journalists' interview,as a result,the process-oriented truthfulness disappear.In the non-fiction writing,journalists do not hide their tendency,the word "I" appears frequently in the writing.In the part of non-fiction writing,the journalism is occupied by the logic of commercial,in this process,the career boundary of journalism extends.The journalism's principle is in confliction,the living space for its professionalism in China is narrowed more than ever,To make the non-fiction writing get a sound development,practitioners should broaden the understanding of it.What's more,they need to try to put it in a proper position,to regard it as a supplement,rather than a leading role in the journalism.Going back to the basis,the key to solve the crisis the journalism meets now is focus on rebuilding the information communication,getting and spreading the information,rather than stepping into an unknown domain.
