The Application And Research Of IPTV Business In Heze CUCC

IPTV(Internet Protocal Television,IPTV)is the interactive network television,its features include traditional live broadcasts,as well as on-demand,look back,time shift and many other new media network TV function,which can adapt to the rapid development of today’s network trends,the full and effective use of network resources.At present,CUCC(China Union Communication Corporation,CUCC)has positioned it as the second largest industry to promote.During the period of developing IPTV business in Heze CUCC,too large carrying capacity of the network,complex system networking,opening difficulties,lower indicator,frequent failures and many other issues has appeared,need to be resolved urgently.This paper hopes to find the cause of the problem and the solution by in-depth study of the IPTV equipment networking and work order process.Author has not only participated in the electronic work order system construction,OLT(Optical Line Terminal,OLT)decoupling upgraded,the new business opening of HGU(Home Gateway Unit,HGU)and other projects which had layed the foundation for the on-line of IPTV business in the early time,but also involved the whole IPTV business network planning,design and construction in the Heze CUCC,the testing and on-line of work order process,as well as equipment upgrades for matching IPTV,including the IPTV data configuration in the metropolitan area network and access network level,extended 10G on the board of OLT,replacement of NE5000E equipment,etc.This article comes from the personal experience and investigation of the author,since joining the work in Heze CUCC so far.This topic of this paper is based on these projects and the accumulation of a large number of information and experience,to discuss and analyze the application and development of the IPTV business in Heze CUCC.This article introduces the network background and business background of carrying out IPTV in Heze CUCC briefly at first,including the status of metropolitan area network and the reasons for changing from unicast to multicast;followed by a detailed description of ZTE(Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment Corporation,ZTE)and Huawei IPTV system networking and business processes,provides the drawing instructions of the both deployment in Heze CUCC;finally,the author describes IPTV service opening method,relevant indicators,fault cases and processing methods,focusing on the benefit and harm of these factors on the development of IPTV,to provide experience in avoiding problems in the process of opening IPTV.and reference for the next step to promote the development of IPTV business in Heze CUCC.
