Anhui Chaohu Iptv Networking Program And Relative Technical Research

As a new sort of interactive multimedia service based on IP network,IPTV service not only provides new bright spot for broadband network of conventional telecommunication operators and improves competition ability in the service,but also seizes the immediate opportunities in the future convergence of the three netwoeks.Compared with internet service which provides best-effort services,IPTV service requires that not only the bearing platform should be manageable but also its quality should be assured and is strictly with indices such as bandwidth,time-delay,jitter and so on.If the existing network bears the IPTV operation,it must be improved effectively.In this dissertation,further study on the improvements plan of bearing network and its feasibility is carried out on the basis of IPTV service of Anhui Telecom.In the first chapter, the history and development of IPTV were reviewed at the same time introduced which IPTV services provided.Relevant background knowledge which covers structures of IPTV system,IPTV business and its characteristics,domestic and international standards and so on is introduced.And related knowledge including IPTV bearing network,content distribution networks and multicast technologies is described in detail.In the second chapter,It detailed Anhui Telecom broadband IP MAN and Anhui Telecom IPTV networking, and Anhui Telecom's IPTV business has done a brief introduction.In the third chapter, It analysis the basic requirement for the supporting network of IPTV, giving opinion of supporting network, and also several choices for the reconstruction of Core Convergence Layer,access layer and finally point out the security requirements for the terminals.In the fourth chapter, the feasible implementation scheme of network is put forward by measuring traffic flow of the core layer, convergence layer and access layer equipment of the existing broadband IP MAN and combining equipment capacity and experimental data.In the last chapter,it Research on Three Networks Convergence which based on IP Technology.
