Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Fixed Assets Information Management System

Fixed assets management is an important part of enterprise financial businesses.There are several departments that participated in this business,and it has the feature of strong professional.The development of fixed assets management information system can provide an integrated information platform for related departments.Fixed assets management requirements in an architectural design institute which located in Henan province is selected as research background in this dissertation for the development of fixed assets management information system.System running circumstance is analyzed,and B/S structure is selected as system organization scheme.The technical of J2 EE is selected for system development.All kinds of users' actual requirements are investigated.System users are divided into several kind of participants such as system manager,furniture manger,employee and etc.Participants division obeys the principle of users' requirements similarity.Functional requirements of every participants are analyzed,and users' requirements are modeled by UML use case diagram.Several business are analyzed,and business models are established.Technical combination of JSP,Struts and JDBC that provided by J2 EE is selected as system development circumstance establishment.The system is divided into three layers of view layer,control layer and model layer.System layer division scheme can enhance system maintainability and expansible of this system.Functions of the system are divided into several relative independent modules,and functions are allocated into every module.Database conceptual structure is designed for every module,and database table structure model is acquired by database model transformation.The system is detailed designed and system implementation results are acquired.Information system developed in this dissertation is comprehensively tested,system test result show that it attain system design aim.Fixed assets management information system that developed in this dissertation running stable,and it can meet users' actual requirement.
