RFID(Radio Frequency Identification.RFID)matures,has been widely used in packaging,transport,logistics and other areas of traceability.RFID label printing methods currently used are etched,flexo,screen and so on,high production costs,periodic strong,serious waste and can not achieve green printing.Ink jet printing is controlled directly by the computer functional ink transferred to the substrate,high precision,speed,good electrical conductivity,widely used material advantages.Therefore,the RFID tag antenna inkjet printing forms,printing trends on the printing substrate is studied.The papers will be no granular ink jet printing conductive ink printed RFID antenna,explore the inkjet printing process printed RFID tag antenna.The main contents of the existing have been developed to measure the particle-free ink,select excellent electrical conductivity,high stability of the ink,in polyethylene terephthalate substrate modified on an inkjet printer with IJDAS300A printing RFID tag antenna.Analysis and research systems for various factors affecting the quality label by orthogonal experiment method printed tag antenna,and ultimately determine the process parameters inkjet printing RFID labels,and finally print the label antenna package for the clothes tag realized commodity Follows Function in logistics.Issue by experiment the following aspects Conclusion:using the existing ink formulation produced no grain Pilot ink at 20 ?,viscosity 6.63cp,surface tension 28.1dyn/cm;by controlling the corona treatment parameters,through polyethylene terephthalate film is corona treated to improve the surface energy and surface tension increase 5-6 dyne,can reach 52 dyne;orthogonal experiment,in IJDAS300A label printing inkjet printing system antenna,measuring antenna quality,and ultimately determine the inkjet printing process parameters:Image Resolution 300DPI,sintering temperature 150 ?,sintering time 20min.By controlling the printing process parameters,inkjet printing method can print an excellent RFID tag antenna,to provide reference and basis for the actual production.
