Based on the principle of the cascade utilization for many times,Building Cooling Heating and Power System(BCHP)combines the different forms of energy utilization of power,cooling and heating needed for daily operation.Both the comprehensive utilization efficiency and supply safety reliability of BCHP are higher than the ones of the traditional distributed energy system.Moreover,with the wide-spread usage of natural gas as fuel,BCHP has a certain advantage in environmental protection.This paper,taking one building as an example,will initially do statistical calcalations of the cooling and heating load in the way of analyzing the dynamic load,avoiding the system capacity redundancy caused by the traditional load calcalations method.As the self-produced powers are not allowed to interconnect,selecting gas internal combustion engine as the prime mover based on the principle of “heating decided by the electricity”.Comparing with the traditional single distributed energy supply system,it provides two kinds of ways for cooling and heating,i.e.gas complement with exhaust gas and electricity-driven refrigeration,studying the energy conservation and efficiency of BCHP under the different load with considering the influence of the change of the fuel price and the grid price on the system efficiency.With the lithium bromide units and gas-complementing boiler system,BCHP provides cooling and heating base load and grid power-complementing,electricity-driven refrigeration,gas boiler heating when the load is insufficient,to fulfill the dual-system energy supply for the building,improving the reliability of the building energy supply.After equipping BCHP,it will design the automatic control system based on PLC.With the proper design of PLC and its peripheral circuit and the effective equipment of each operating end of communication model and data collecting model,it will meet the need of BCHP's automatic control.According to the different ways of after-burning utilization in different seasons,it will divide main module,summer module,winter module and transition module,in order to accomplish the adequateutilization of after burning of the system,guarantee the water temperature of the generator cylinder sleeve in the reasonable scope and fulfill the automation and stable operation.In order to make it convenient for the users to manually control and real-time monitor of the BCHP system,it will connect the system controller and the device controller to the upper industrial machine with RS485.Programming the visual monitoring platform with the king-view software will fulfill the real-time monitoring and record keeping of historical data of the equipment operation parameters for the users.
