With the development of inland shipping industry and increasing transportation demand,ship owners usually take false reports of water,tampered with the hull and use other means to avoid the maritime sector inspection for the pursuit of the interests.In view of the drawbacks of the traditional ship draft inspection system,this paper studies the real-time ship draft inspection of the shipwreck ship draft inspection system,which can not only reduce the occurrence of ship accident,but also greatly improve the navigation efficiency of the ship.Based on the side scan type ship draft detection system,the paper firstly analyzes the principle of ultrasonic diffraction effect under water.Then the paper studies energy distribution of ultrasonic transducer which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the ultrasonic transmitter receiver.Finally,the paper simulates underwater sound field model and uses the short time to solve the crosstalk between sensor and multi-path pulse control method.According to the requirements of navigable ship draft inspection system,the design of STM and FPGA dual-core structure of the lower computer system is developed.Extracting the characteristic data of the ultrasonic sensor transmission path by using the mean of value feature method solves the problem of too much data.The host computer system use the method that multi sensor data features standard to solve new sensor energy inconsistency and use the method of least squares regression method to solve the linear prediction of ship wake noise caused by ship draft calculation problems.The design of the shipwreck navigable ship draft inspection system passed measurement calibration of the China Institute of Metrology.When the channel width is 50m,the accuracy is 0.028m.Compared with the visual draft value,the contrast difference of the measurements of the system in Three Gorges Ship lift is 0.08m.
