In recent years,inland river shipping relying on the advantages of large traffic,low cost,convenient transportation is in the rapid development,and it has made significant contributions to China's economic growth.However,with the rapid development of inland river shipping,shipping accidents often occur,the phenomenon especially caused by the ship "super draft" violations is increasing,which not only affects the vigorous development of the shipping industry but also threatens the safety of the ship itself.Therefore,the development and design of real-time dynamic ship draft testing equipment,to reduce the occurrence of shipping accidents playes a significant role.In this thesis,a ship draft inspection system based on single beam ultrasonic ranging sensor array is designed according to the project of the Three Gorges navigable ship drafting.The system is designed to carry out the function of fast and dynamic detection,and the ship of "super draft" violation to record and early warning.In this thesis,the draft data acquisition system in the draft system of navigable ship draft is developed,the arrangement and grouping of underwater sensors are completed.The data acquisition system hardware platform includes sensor interface board and synchronous sampling control board.The draft data acquisition system is composed of field programmable gate array(FPGA)minimum system module,external reset circuit module,current loop output module,RS485 communication module,the system power supply module.The software design of the draft data acquisition system includes the FPGA underlying drive program,the synchronous sampling board program and the sensor interface board program.Finally,the function of synchronous sampling control board,sensor interface board and draft data acquisition system is tested,and this thesis gives the test result and analysis.
