With the improvement of the human condition,the electronic and information comes into people's lives,in everyday life,people often overlook the importance of power and take the power resources for granted.But the reality is that as power usage is growing up,and the rational use of electric energy,rational and reasonable sales are important issues,so the system solves the problem through the design and implementation of power marketing system which provides a favourable for assistance.Based on the MVC design pattern,four logistics platform and the three-tier logical architecture,taking into account mass data processing requirements and characteristics,using the Django framework designed to achieve openness,developing,sharing and it can be customized for different needs of electric power marketing system.This system has a expansion management,integrated tariff management,enquiry management,electronic account management,report summary management,power monitoring,remote reading,user administration and system maintenance management modules.While this system based on decision tree C4.5 data mining algorithm,used to predict the user electricity stealing activities,through the combination of reality with the user to estimate the existence of stolen by the user.Aiming at the higher levels of management in electric power enterprise operating costs,large users,an artificial demand,for some of the related issues of waste cannot be found in time,using electric power marketing system based on SOA architecture to achieve reduced operational management costs,improve the efficiency and quality of service,it has significance in the electric power enterprises.
