With the rapid development of power enterprises,the competition in the power enterprises are bigger and bigger.If we want to improve the core competitiveness of electric power enterprises and achieve maximize profits,we must recognize the current situation of power marketing and come up solutions which have high-speed effective in the face of new changes.To achieve this goal,Ganzi electric power company is urgently need a set of customer management system to manage user resources,to mine customer value from massive customer information,and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.To solve this problem and combine with their own work,taking Ganzi electric power company as background,this thesis uses JAVAEE technology,SSM framework,and the mode of integrating the data mining algorithm into the Ganzi electric power marketing management system to realize design and implementation of system,the specific contents of the study are as follows:(1)Make a comprehensive analysis of the status and significance of research,and the demand of system,analyze the structure and composition of the ERP system,design and develop the system which based on the idea of MVC.(2)Put forward a classification management of customers method which based on K-means and ID3 decision tree.This method which through analysis the data of customer provides data support for the management of customers.Use gray model and the historical electricity consumption data of customers to predict future power consumption,a model is designed to assess the risk of customer arrears.(3)The implementation of the system adopts the SSM framework,which divides the whole system into four levels,namely,presentation layer,control layer,business logic layer and data access layer.In this thesis,the SSM framework is used to implement the CRM system.The system uses JAVA and other front-end technologies to complete the development of the program,with the SQL server database as a support.Through the test and analysis,the system can run steadily,and the core function can be realized,the expected requirements are basically reached.
