Under the influence of "Internet +" and "Made in China 2025",the traditional manufacturing industry is facing sales and manufacturing model of major changes in the serious challenges.In order to solve the problems of large data processing,this paper proposes a semi-structured data cleaning method based on dimensionality reduction and a decision method based on the shortest path of graph theory.On this basis,the development of mechanical parts procurement system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The 1st chapter is introduction.Firstly,the application and potential value of large data technology in different industries are introduced.The current situation of data cleaning technology and the shortest path problem based on graph theory are summarized.In view of the data quality problems existing in large data application and massive data Finally,a brief description of the research content and organizational structure of this paper is given.In chapter 2,I propose a semi-structured data cleaning method based on dimensionality reduction.Based on the characteristics of semi-structured data and XML documents,a tree model is established and a similar path is proposed.The paper presents a vectorization representation method for XML documents by combining the similar path and the vector space model.Based on the combination of principal component analysis and XML document vectorization,a semi-structured data dimension reduction method is proposed.The plum blossom coupling is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the method.In chapter 3,a decision method based on graph theory shortest path is proposed.Based on the introduction of the basic knowledge of graph theory,a graph model based on adjacency matrix representation is established.The advantages and disadvantages of three classic shortest path algorithms are analyzed and compared.The shortest path algorithm based on limit function is proposed and applied to decision-making system.The 4th chapter is system development and test verification.Use Java programming language to realize the procurement decision-making system of mechanical parts based on the shortest path,and validates the effectiveness of decision-making system by using black box testing method.The 5th chapter summarizes the research work of the full text,and puts forward the future work direction for the shortcomings of the research.
