Research On Technology Of Gaining Social Insurance Audit Data Based On Refactoring Database

With the development and popularity of computer technology, the technology of computer-aided audit is playing a pivotal role increasingly. However, due to the differences of the design of social security system in various cities or towns, it is totally necessary to change abnormal data into normal data which can be applied in audit. Actually such differences bring a series of problems, such as, differences of data structure, empty value data, illegal data, and repeated records, etc. when we need to use the primary data in audit. Therefore, these data would give a greatly bad impact on audit result if we could not deal with them. Undoubtedly, a reasonable decision demands that data should give an actual account of social security data.Studying how to acquire social social insurance audit aims to acquire exact social security data. Taking following methods such as pretreatment of primary data, data drawing, data loading and improvement of capabilities of loaded data disposal, this technology applies social security software to aid to audit and get primary data.To solve these problems, this thesis, based on refactoring database, provides a technology of data acquiring available for social security audit. Briefly, this technology includes the study of the technology of empty value disposal, improvement of repeated data disposal, and the reconstruction of schema database; this technology makes social security data more exact; and this technology improves its capabilities of disposing data. As to the study of social security data disposing, this thesis designs a social security audit data-acquiring system which aids auditor to finish pretreatment and construction of social security data and audit logic corresponding of data structure and data loading. As a matter of fact, we tested the capabilities of database disposal after reconstructed it and the test shows that capabilities of reconstructed database have improved greatly.
