Design And Implementation Of University Financial Budget And Data Analysis System

In institutions of higher learning,with the increasing of disciplines and gradually perfect,the school development and the construction scale is bigger and bigger,and the accompanying financial information is more and more complicated,more and more large-scale,accumulated the rich financial data,such as salary management,student finance,financial,financial and other data.College financial information from the previous accounting computerization gradually evolved to the present information management system,make the financial information processing speed faster and faster,better solve the problem of financial revenues and expenditures,even at the same time make financial budget in colleges and universities and the data analysis system can efficiently handle,and to realize the efficient way to deal with problems,inevitable tendency of financial data analysis system,however,the database is the core of the financial budget and the data analysis system.In this paper,based on the characteristics of colleges and universities,financial budget and the data analysis system is designed.System through practical application in a university,has obtained the good effect.This system according to the financial budget in colleges and universities and the data analysis related business demand,adopt the SSH framework,the MVC design pattern design and development of the system,financial data analysis module,the financial budget management module,project management module,the financial revenues and expenditures analysis module and query module,etc.Needed to solve the problem of financial management in colleges and universities from many aspects,including the construction of the database is one of the important means,through the establishment of the database,can realize the discovery of the financial management problems,quickly find the relevant data,and methods to solve this problem quickly,on the basis of a quick and efficient to solve financial problems.At the same time,can save a lot of time,thus establishing a database is of great significance.But the construction of the database is not simple,although many colleges and universities in our country are analyzed the financial budget in colleges and universities and the data of the construction of the system to try,but the effect is not desired,even some system has been designed and run several years,but in general,financial budget in colleges and universities based on the database and the data analysis system of the construction work is still in the exploratory stage,there are still many problems waiting to solve or improve.
