With the rapid social development and scientific progress constantly,the human has stepped into the information era.Archives was an important carrier of information;it has more and more irreplaceable role to understand the objective and subjective world,to inherited human civilization,to the economic development and scientific and technological innovation.The informational archives was the only way to modernization,therefore,informational archives era has coming.Government and enterprises produced a large number of electronic files,make the electronic archives management becomes a hotspot problem.In order to manage the electronic archives effectively,develop a safe and effective archives management system has important practical significance and application value.According to the mainstream of archives management system,based on the understanding of domestic electronic archives management system,combined with the actual needs of enterprises and institutions,developed a set of J2EE based platform,adopt three layer B/S architecture,new electronic archives management system with MYSQL as the backstage database.Firstly the paper introduction to the related technology in the system,and then makes a detailed analysis of the demand and processes of archives management.Based on the above,paper has designed the system main function module includes user management,file management,archives management,loan management,system management etc.In addition,users can search for files,system not only support for file title search,also realizes full-text search for content readable file.At the same time,according to the system safety requirements,in order to prevent the archives information leakage,the system also realizes the electronic archives encryption function,enhance the security of the archives management.Finally,this paper has given the concrete realization method of the main function modules,and prepared the test cases.It was finished the test work of user management,file management,archives management,loan management and other functions.At the same time,it has carried on the test to the system performance,to ensure that the system safe,stable and efficient operation.The system in the guarantee of the system usability and maintainability at the same time,to solve the management problems of electronic archives,both to meet the file management requirements of the enterprises and institutions but also greatly improves the work efficiency.
