Business circle construction is an important content of urban modernization,is the most representative city card of urban commercial civilization and economic development.To response of the State Council put forward the smart city development strategy,Chongqing City introduce smart city construction planning,focusing on the development of intelligent transportation,intelligent business circle and other aspects of the building.The construction of intelligent transportation and intelligent business circle are complementary to each other.Through the big traffic data gathered by the intelligent transportation project,it can provide the data support for the construction of the business circle,and help the business circle to develop in a sustainable and efficient way.Meanwhile,it overcomes the problem of the existence of data delay in the Circle construction.On the one hand,big traffic data for the theoretical analysis of the business circle provides a strong data support,on the other hand,dealing with massive traffic data on the system platform is also a huge challenge,the introduction of cloud computing,Hadoop large data processing platform and other advanced technology,So that the problem of handling large-scale traffic data be solved,technical support be provided for the construction of the business circle.In this thesis,in the background of the development of smart city,first introduced the classic business circle theoretical content,and analysis its shortcomings in practical application;and then according to the construction of the urban traffic IOT system content,traffic data will be applied to the classic.It enrichs the study of business circle theory content.Then,according to the defects in the classical business circle theory,the radiation range analysis method of the business district based on traffic data is put forward.This method makes full use of the large data processing technology,In the evaluation of the radiation range of business circle has achieved good results;at the last,the result of two kinds of technical route is compared and analyzed,to explain the new technology application range of the border at the same time,the shortcomings of the calculation method based on traffic data and the follow-up research work is summed up in the end.
