Reaction kettle temperature control is a typical process control system,its dynamic characteristics has many characteristics,such as serious lag,big inertia,long need to adjust the control time,parameter setting.And because of lack of remote network communication support traditional control system,the system parameter setting most of the scene to control in filed,which brings challenges to the process control.In this thesis,focusing on a waterproof coating production of reaction kettle temperature control as the research object,a temperature control monitoring and control system has developed based on fuzzy control algorithm and computer network system in order to achieve temperature adjustment time is short,less overshoot and remote data sharing,and other functions.In this thesis,the reaction kettle temperature control scheme has carried on the exploration and research,analysis of the traditional PID and fuzzy control algorithm and integration,according to the reaction kettle temperature heating temperature of process characteristics and the worker of skilled technology adjustment experience,using MATLAB to build the query table of fuzzy control rules,and to write the query rule table into the controller.Controller with multiple intelligent instrument for multicomputer communication,to realize the data acquisition and parameter of temperature changes.For acquisition of temperature and setting temperature deviation,and the deviation change rate as input parameter of fuzzy control system,fuzzy control algorithm is calculated,the output control quantity control power drive for power regulation to realize the autonomic regulation of temperature.In order to realize the remote client data monitoring and control function,in the original control system design for the development of network communication design,combined with the theory of DCS of distributed control system,a local host through the MODBUS protocol field monitor PLC data using computer network technology to realize the cloud server and the local host network data exchange.The cloud server with C++Builder6.0 on PC and matlab Simulink module,Fuzzy tools and network database SQLServer2000 platform for data collection,analysis,algorithm design,the function such as handling,and storage system according to the reaction kettle online upgrade process characteristics related to client and remote network data query and parameter changes.Computer network monitoring platform set automation control technology,fuzzy control algorithm,the network communication at an organic whole,relying on the platform of a machine controller fuzzy algorithm setting control heating process,via TCP/IP communication protocol into the center of the cloud application to share data.In the cloud PC applications,on the one hand,receive multiple local monitor data,analysis,algorithm processing and storage;On the other hand through the computer network communication technology to communicate with the remote computer,realizes the remote computers and the cloud data synchronization,real-time monitor and control the reaction kettle process data.
