A Glass Furnace Recognition Adaptive Pid Controller Based On Fnn

Based on traditional PID controller, by using fuzzy neural network to identify the process and BP neural network to tuning the parameters of PID, a neural network adaptive PID controller is constructed and optimal control of glass-furnace melting pond temperature is achieved. Meanwhile, combined with the scheme of double interlocking range-limiting burning, reasonable ratio of air and fuel is guaranteed under the premise of controlling main circuit's temperature.Moreover, oxygen detector is suggested to the system structure, which can control the second wind pump to control the ratio of wind and fuel.
