Based on traditional PID controller, by using fuzzy neural network to identify the process and BP neural network to tuning the parameters of PID, a neural network adaptive PID controller is constructed and optimal control of glass-furnace melting pond temperature is achieved. Meanwhile, combined with the scheme of double interlocking range-limiting burning, reasonable ratio of air and fuel is guaranteed under the premise of controlling main circuit's temperature.Moreover, oxygen detector is suggested to the system structure, which can control the second wind pump to control the ratio of wind and fuel. In addition, temperature detector is also added to the gas exit to give information indicator for adding fuel.CAN BUS is adopted to the whole system, and configuration software KingviewS.l is adopted to supervise integral control system, thus the level of automation is promoted, which makes its popularization an optimistic prospect...
