The classical control theory witch with the core of transfer function and the modern control theory witch with the core of classic control are all on assumption that the characteristics of object being controlled are linear or approximately linear, and the mathematical model of the object is also known. In practical utilities, however, the characteristics of the object are always not linear, on the contrary, are variational and with delay. Chemical polymeric reaction is a typical sample of these complex processes. In this case the classical or modern control theory is not effective. This design studied on these complex industry processes. Single parameter self-adapting PID algorithm and self-adapting fuzzy algorithm were put forward in this paper, and computer simulation and stimulant experiment were carried out, and the control effect is favorable.
