With the rapid development of the computer technology, the automatic control technology and the network communication, the demand presented by the industry and mining enterprise to the control system is higher and higher. In the multitudinous industry control systems, the distributed control system's application is most widespread. Among many distributed control systems, they usually select PLC as the scene level control device, using in the data acquisition and the control; But on the operation management level, it uses the industry control computer (IPC), and controls configuration software to establish the industry flow and the monitoring interface, to realize the integration of enterprise's control and management. Method of PLC and IPC's union to construct distributed control system, is reliable, economy and short developing cycle, so this article took PLC as the hardware foundation, along with IPC constructed the control system.What must be solved in the industry control system is the communication question involved in the system. In mature industry control monitoring software like configuration software, they haven't given the custom the correspondence protocol directly, only the driver document of protocol. The cost of the complete set of industry control monitoring software is too high for the small and medium-sized enterprise, and its versatility is not good. So they generally develop their own monitoring software according to the actual situation. According to the control system structure, this article has designed and realized the communication between SIEMENS S7-200PLC and IPC based on free-port model; With the un-opened characteristic of the SIEMENS PPI protocol content, using the multi-serial ports monitor method capture protocol based on the technique of serial communications, and with the aid of the third party mature software we has realized the protocol capture and test, and developed the general PPI communication components. We apply the COM module technology to industry software, and apply Matlab software to the industry correspondence.We has developed the instrument communication component based on the Matlab. Moreover, it is a research hot spot how integrates the advanced control strategy in the control system. This article used the fuzzy control toolbox in Matlab, designed and realized the fuzzy auto-adapted PID intelligence control algorithm, sealed this algorithm using the COM technology, then integrated the monitor software and this algorithm, implemented real-time control successfully separated from the Matlab run environment.In brief, the method, multiport monitor and analysis to the correspondence port, put forward in this article have the certain instruction significance to determine some unknown protocols and to inspect the fault of the correspondence. The thought of the mix programming, the use system integration idea, has provided the new mentality and new method to design the advanced strategy in the industry control.
