As a festival for journalists, Journalist's Day has become a hot moment for journalists to interpret journalistic discourse. With the changing of the society under the interactive influence of technology, market and power as well as the media, journalistic discourse changes accordingly, making it possible to investigate and discuss journalistic discourse changes from professional and non-professional reports about Journalist's Day from 2000 to 2015. From this,the wititer try to find what frames have the journalists build during the sixteen years,and explore factors that affect the formation of these features, search changes exsisting in the frames from 2000 to 2015 as well,finally,reveal the potential functions behind the journalistic discourse frame.The writer especially explore the relation between the journalistic discourses of newspaper and micro-blog.Selecting samples of reports on Journalist's Day from People's Daily, China Youth Daily and Southern Metropolis Daily and statements of journalists on Journalist's Day from Sina micro-blog, this thesis attempts to build an analyzing frame based on report topics, report genres and topics of micro-blog. Firstly, the thesis draws the changing outline of journalistic discourse, including a frame repeatedly emphasizing the significance of establishing the Journalists' Day and Crowning journalists in 2000, a frame focusing on reporting journalist' living conditions, journalistic ethics and the rise of journalistic awareness from 2001 to 2007 and a frame where new media has become the key word throughout all the report topics and binary opposition forms between the new media and news version. Secondly, the thesis summarizes the frame of reports on Journalist's Day and finds a frame with the celebrating ceremonies and professional discussion as its main topics and the news and comments as its main report types established by People's Daily, China Youth Daily and Southern Metropolis Daily. Besides, the thesis also discovers that both differences and similarities exist in reports of different newspapers. Thirdly, the thesis reveals the relation of journalistic discourse in micro-blog and newspaper:journalistic discourse in micro-blog leads to the decrease of journalistic discourse in newspaper year by year and influences the newspaper topics as a positive and challenging power successively; comparing to newspaper, micro-blog is chosen by more journalists as a platform to discuss their professional dilemmas; both micro-blog and newspaper express their insistence on journalistic ideal to protect journalistic authority. Finally, the thesis analyzes the potential functions behind the journalistic discourse frame, serving as a ceremony for the authorities to award journalists, a mirror to discovery how journalists change platforms to express their professional awareness and report topics under the influence of technology and market and a reporting frame for journalists to claim journalistic authority. But the authority,influenced by different factors,is facing.
