In the production of transparent glass panel,due to technical conditions,production environment and other human factors,it is inevitably that such as scratches,collapse edge,foreign body and other quality problems.Through a rigorous testing process will screen out defective products from a large number of products,which is essential for the production enterprises of transparent glass panel.With the rapid development of machine vision technology,the application of machine vision technology to detect defects on line has become an inevitable trend.However,the key step of using machine vision technology is to obtain high-quality images.High-quality images can help identify the micro-defects on the surface of transparent glass panels,improve the accuracy and efficiency of image recognition,and achieve high-efficient and accurate on-line detection of transparent glass panels.In order to realize the high quality image acquisition of transparent glass panel's defects,this paper proposes a laser scattering imaging system and a flowing water transmission system based on reading a large number of image acquisition literatures and konwing the principle of laser scattering imaging.Combining with the characteristics of rich resources,fast processing speed and high reliability of FPGA,FPGA is taken as the core to study the image acquisition card of laser scattering imaging system.Aiming at the requirements of image acquisition,high-quality A/D conversion chip is used to acquisition image signals,a method of high-speed and stable transmitting data with gigabit Ethernet as image data transmission interface,and an image acquisition card overall composition is proposed.The circuit and PCB design of each module of the image acquisition card hardware system are designed by using Altium Designer,the PCB design is simulated by using Hyperlynx simulation software,and the constraint condition of design PCB are obtained and the signal integrity of PCB design are verified.After the image acquisition card of the laser scattering image acquisition is designed and manufacture,the whole image acquisition system of the transparent glass panel is formed.After the system design is completed,the entire hardware platform is built.The data acquisition module of image acquisition card was verified by collecting the transparent glass panel image signal that the laser scattering imaging system output,through observing the signal waveform of acquisition card show that it can well gather the signal.Debugging the whole hardware platform,the debugging results show that the hardware system to adapt to the acquisition speed of 30mm/s,the best working distance of the laser scattering device to obtain high quality image is 39 mm.In this paper,by research laser scattering imaging system and the corresponding image acquisition card to collect transparent glass panel surface defects.It is proved that the system can meet the image acquisition requirements of transparent glass panel production line on-line detection based on machine vision,and can be widely used for the on-line image acquisition of surface defect of transparent glass panel or screen device that scale are similar to transparent glass panel.
