With the rapid development of modern theatrical performance,as the representative of stage system,the matrix stage needs more automatic and intelligent since the performance of traditional stage has been far from being able to meet the needs of the public.A new approach is provided to solve the problem of matrix stage control with the new breakthrough on matrix stage network control which is achieved with the development of modern network control technology.In this paper,a network-based matrix stage system is proposed and studied.The main works and results of this paper are as follows:1.For the problems of inconvenient maintenance,poor scalability and limited development,the networked control is employed to achieve the control of matrix stage system.The control part and the executive part are physically isolated by the network to realize separate management.Thus,it will have a great convenience on the field wiring,equipment maintenance,etc.,and the defects such as the poor development of the current stage are reduced.Then,the networked control is simulated by True Time,and two network protocols TCP and UDP are emplo yed to carry out relevant application experiments.2.The synchronous control mode of deviation coupling is investigated for the matrix stage,and the synchronous lifting performance of each lift is effectively improved by connecting the deviation coupling control.Then,the deviation coupling synchronous control and master-slave motion control are simulated and do the experiment to show the high efficiency of the deviation coupling control of the synchronism in the drop stage.3.The fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of poor stability of the stage system.The system response speed and the stability are effectively improved and the static error is reduced by using the proposed fuzzy PID control method.Finally,the performance of fuzzy PID algorithm on the matrix stage system is verified by the simulations and application experiments.A network-based control scheme is designed in this paper for matrix stage control system to improve the control performance and solve the problems suc h as complex wiring,inconvenient maintenance,etc.Finally,the network-based matrix stage control is verified by the simulations,and the rationality and feasibility of the design are verified by the experiments.
