With the rapid development of information technology, the Internet has in-depthinto our lives, all walks of life in the industry has started the construction of informationmanagement. E-government as the representative of the government informationtechnology in the vigorous development. However, the management of tracing thequality and safety of agricultural products information construction in most places iscomparatively backward. Tracing the quality and safety of agricultural products is astrict data processing projects. The government management personnel, if lack ofinformation system support, the efficiency will be relatively low. Paper turn of suppliermanagement, product information management, distributors management, artificial typeback data statistics, not only increased the difficulty of the purchasing management,cost, also seriously affected the management efficiency. This paper, taking this as thestarting point of the study, developed a set of suitable management information systemfor government supervision department to use, in order to achieve the governmenttraceability management of computer automation management.First of all, the paper study the government traceability management industrybackground, the status of the domestic and foreign government traceability managementinformation technology, find out the shortage, clear the research value and direction. Atthe same time, analysis the heory and development technology which can be used todevelop the informatization construction. Deep into the procurement managementfront-line to demand research, feasibility analysis, sorting out a needs analysis todetermine the specific functional goals of this paper.Clear the goal of this study, we use MIS theory as the theoretical foundation of theentire system, choose suitable development technology for this system, complete thesystem construction theory and technical preparation.On this basis, this paper studies on the system summary separately design, detaileddesign and system development. The main work include, system business flow analysis,system function modeling, system database design, system function realization methoddesign,etc. In the design process, In the design process, make full use of object-orientedtechnology, in strict accordance with the data layer, logic layer, presentation layer threelayer architecture design thought, complete the whole system design andimplementation work.
