Research And Design Of Escaped Criminal Verification System Based On OpenCV

Online pursuit,is one of the most importantpolice activities in the daily work of the public security organ and it is also aneffective meansof the public security organto promote criminal investigation ability and to crack down on illegal membersunder the new situation.This paper combines theoretical analysis with engineering practice,basing on the actual public security work and starting with analysis of the background and the present situation of the inspection work on the escaped criminals to find out the demandsof the personnel verification system.This essay also deals withtheanalysis and design of the whole system structure,function modules,working mechanism,system level and so on.Then,it expounds the implementation of the twosystems: the Android police and 110 command center Web side.Finally,through mobile phones,simulators,servers,desktop computers to build a system test platform,the various functions of the system are tested one by one through detailed experiment to verify that the system possess good completeness,mobility,and good instantaneity.From the mobility,data availability,scalability,etc.,to effectively resolve the shortcomings of the way in front of staff verification.The main innovations of the paperinclude two aspects:the visual collaboration of the police forcebased on the BaiduMap technology,to achieve the police location location sharing,through the visual interface to guide the surrounding police to assist in pursuit;and thefast identification of identity card numberbased on the Android side of OpenCV technology,through the image acquisition,preprocessing,recognition,the mobile phone camera automatically identify the identity card number function,and enhance the application ability.which improvesthe efficiency and accuracyof the personnel verification effectively.The main application scenarios of the system are bus station,port and other densely populated areas,mainly through the ID number as the identification code,check whether the suspect is a fugitive,for the previous query,compared with the previous personnel verification methods,thissystem has the comprehensive advantages of fast verification,timelydata update,strong collaboration,mobility,strong scalability,low cost and widely use,which fully embody the informatization development concept of strengthening the police force through technology.
