| Along with the development of modern network information technologydevelopment and the National Cyber pursuit works is comprehensive spread out,hitherto unknown pursuit work is facing opportunities and challenges. Because of crime,crime intelligence, new characteristics and requirements of Criminal Police developnew coping strategies. In the mobile terminal performs Criminal-at-large informationquery will be able to respond effectively to the new characteristics of crime, preventescaped criminal harm to society, and then promote the effective development of publicsecurity work.Compared to other mobile platform, the Android platform has openness, easyportability and other characteristics, in line with the police on mobile query systemrequirements. This study will move from the staff at large query terminal needs analysis,feasibility analysis, functional analysis, system analysis, and finally to design a set ofsuitable for the staff at large query system. The fugitive query system will consist of twoparts: mobile information terminal with the escape route map processing terminal. Themore details are as follows:1) Mobile information terminal: through the mobile information terminal with IDcard number, name, location confirmation information, police can at any time on thesuspicious personnel to perform inspection work;2) Escape line processing terminal: through the escape line processing system, thepolice may further confirm the fugitive’s whereabouts, the police for further processingto provide information support.The system not only determines the geographical location of the police officers,but also gives timely provision of location information or specify the location of thefugitives this information. Mobile fugitives information inquiry system to take fulladvantage of the convenience and flexibility of wireless mobile also solves bring thefugitives position changing. Finally, the effectiveness of the system test, verify that thesystem has good mobility, immediacy and relocatability. |
