Analysis And Design Of The Tax Integrated Office Information System

The development of technology makes the tax administration face reform and innovation. In order to improve the efficiency of administrative the Local Taxation Bureau of Yunnan Province popularized office document processing system in2003which formed a communication application system and promoted the construction of the tax informatization. As the time goes by and technology develops, high maintenance cost and weekly expansion cannot meet the needs of tax modernization. After the integrated planning, State Taxation Administration established the tax office information system.This dissertation chooses requirement analysis, system design and system testing as the research contents according to the software engineering process. The tax office information system is one of the important apartments in the third phase of tax project. The system contains work arrangement, file management, information service, supervision, information acquisition, complaint management, conference management and public management modules. The system covers the work flow of tax office basically and improves the efficiency of tax administration office.According to the demand of the new hot spot, system adopts J2EE developing platform, builds models by Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and optimizes the user experience by GUI. The three layer system structure makes development and maintenance of system be easier and meets the new demand of tax administrative office.
