Software Project Risk Assessment Based On The Logistic Model

In today's society,information technology is more and more developed,network technology is more and more advanced.With the development of the science and technology,the software projects are becoming more and more systematic and bigger.In the process of project,it may be many unexpected happens,such as excessive delay to the project schedule,project budget,project investment personnel loss and so on.This a series of unexpected incident is likely to affect the normal progress of the software project,and eventually lead to the failure of the whole software project.So in this case,the risk management is particularly important.Today,with the constant development of software project management,risk management is becoming more and more plays an extremely important role,the project managers also take more and more attention on software project risk management.Basically,if the software project risk management is well done,the software project has basically succeeded half.So this article is based on the environment of the whole software industry described above,detailed introduces software project risk management system related to the risk management of software project management and described the research,development,exploration and innovation of the software project risk management in the world.On the research results of scholars in the world,then combined with the linear Statistical Logistic regression analysis model,user SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)software to build the Logistic regression model.Also because I am in a domestic large-scale comprehensive software and information service enterprise,working in software project industry for many years,led a number of software projects,accumulated a certain project management experience,also know many experts in software project management,so I tested the Logistic regression model through the software project risk assessment data samples which in my company.It's the first cases to combine the software project risk assessment and the statistics.Enriched and developed the Logistic regression model in the application of software project risk assessment for software project managers,and provide a new idea of software project risk assessment.
