Research And Design Of Digital City Management System

Digital city management is an innovative city management model which integrates the wholeinformation resources and constructs an information management platform with the full use ofmodern information technologies.By establishing a perfect mechanism including proactivedetection,efficient processing and scientific evaluation，it brings about a delicacy management on thecity infrastructure and management events.In recent years,the improvement of the delicacymanagement level has led to great changes on cities and contributed to the economic and socialdevelopment.This thesis is concerned about a research on building a digital city management system withspecified services,standard data,full functionalities,clear process and grid-based delicacymanagement,which mainly relies on the workflow technology,GIS,GPS and computer networktechnologies.The thesis starts with the current situation and problems on city management in ourcountry and provides the correlative research and feasibility analysis on the city managementsystem.This puts forward the significance of this system and confirms the demand.Finally,theimplementation of the system,including the platform structure,network architecture and the securityissues,is elaborated following the overall design and specific design of the system.Anshun CityAdministration was choosed to implement the new delicacy management system,which verifies thefeasibility and practicability of the project and satisfies the requirements of present city management.In the process of research and implementation,the requirements on the city management systemof the Ministry of Construction have been completely followed.From the practical work,the workflow of city management has been simplified and implemented.Finally,the standard flow ofprocessing city management event was decided to consist of the following steps:data acquisition,data entry and audit,case register,task assignment,task review and comprehensive evaluation.It hascertain demonstration significance on the establishment of city management system of other districtsin Guizhou province.
