With the increasing demand of indoor environment in real time,master demand makes video monitoring system been widely used.The rapid development of wireless transmission technology,streaming media technology and mobile terminal provides a favorable condition for the realization of video surveillance system based on mobile terminal.The video monitoring system is applied to the mobile network and mobile terminal.It breaks the traditional video monitoring system using the fixed terminal as a display device model,the purpose is to provide real-time video monitoring service for mobile terminal,and to realize the security and intrusion prevention at any time and at any time.Due to the advantages of space restriction,easy deployment and maintenance,and easy to use,the video surveillance system based on mobile terminal has become a hot spot of research and application in the field of monitoring and control.The diversity of the mobile terminal,the volatility of the wireless network and the lack of the performance of the mobile terminal control the development of the video surveillance of mobile terminals.It greatly increases the difficulty of the design and implementation of the video monitoring system of mobile terminal,and it is needed to study the technology to solve these problems.According to the actual demand of video surveillance,this paper studies the technology difficulties,including video surveillance system video capture technology,streaming media transmission technology,user session control and mobile terminal architecture etc..Based on the video surveillance system,the system is divided into three parts: the video capture terminal,the forwarding server and the mobile client,video provider is a compression agent that obtains data from a surveillance camera,which is responsible for transmitting the video data of the target scene to the forwarding server;The server is designed to manage the system,which can provide real-time video data for a variety of mobile platforms.Mobile devices can be monitored in real time via wireless networks quickly.In addition,the mobile terminal can control the surveillance camera.Finally,the system test is carried out.Test results show that the system is completely able to meet the needs of the system,can be simple and safe for the implementation of the target scene monitoring,to provide users with a good graphical quality real-time monitoring effect.
