With the economic development and social progress, people put forward new demand to judicial agencies' law enforcement ways and ability. including full implementation of informatization construction, making the computer and internet technology work at full capacity on information integration, configuration and optimization in law enforcement process, improving the efficiency of law enforcement, regulating the level of law enforcement,and implementing the spirit of 18 th CPC National Congress about comprehensively promoting the rule of law and constructing legal state,The work of this thesis is to analyze, design and realize a police station law enforcement and case handling system, in order to implement electronic and information management of volume information, case information, personnel information, unit information, item information, criminal instrument and others.In this thesis, the related technologies are studied firstly. Some related technologies used in the system design and implementation are studied, including the software development model, the design pattern and the unified modeling language. The research of software development model includes two aspects: software life cycle and software development method. The research of design pattern includes two contents, the definition of design pattern and the common design pattern. The research of unified modeling language shows the development and present situation of the unified modeling language, as well as the summary of all kinds of modeling views.Secondly, the requirement analysis of the software system is carried out. The system requirements analysis results are described in three aspects: the system role, the function use case diagram and the use case specification table. The description of the system role is to determine the user set and user classification of the system, and to determine the boundary of the system. The use case diagram specifies the functions that each user role has, and the relationships between them. The use case specification defines the use case name, use case number, user role, use case overview, pre condition, basic event flow, possible exceptions, and post conditions of each use case.Then, the software system design is carried out, including software architecture design,static structure design, function design and database design. This thesis describes the software architecture design from two aspects: the physical architecture design and the logical structure design, and describes the static code structure from two levels: the package design and the class diagram design. Functional design for the function of the processing flow, this paper uses UML activity diagram for the process definition. The database includes the name of the database and the name of the data table and field definitions.Finally, the software system is described, including the system development environment,the system code structure, the system function realization and the system function interface. In the system development environment, the hardware environment and software environment of the system development are described. System code structure description system code organization, this organization based on the software system design of the software architecture design. The realization of the function of the system describes the steps of realizing the function and the mode of the realization of the function.
