The Information Sharing And Collaborative Case Handling System For Political-legal Department Based On Java EE

With the rapid development and wide application of computer technology, the political-legal information construction has gotten an outstanding result, but because the business systems of each department are relatively independent, it makes an isolation gap among political-legal departments and between the superior and the subordinate, besides lack of information sharing platform. In addition, business systems of each department still confines to handling business of their own department, and collaborative work among business systems is rare, which will make the working efficiency decline and people’s heavy burden strengthen.In order to realize the goal of information sharing and collaborative case handling for political-legal department, this paper is based on analysis of current situation of the information resource and the business processes of case handling, through detailed requirement surveys and data surveys in various departments, then puts forward a specific scheme according to information sharing and collaborative case handling system for political-legal department based on Java EE. This paper aims at describing and illustrating the design and implementation of the system mentioned above. Firstly the research background and present research status are described. Secondly the related knowledge and technologies for realizing the system are introduced. Next the system’s requirement analysis is elaborated, including the system’s functional requirements, non-functional requirements and practicability analysis of the implementation of system. Then the system design is discussed, including the architecture design of the overall framework and implementation, main function modules, process of information entry and the design of system database. Next the implementation of the system main functions is described. Finally the work this paper has completed is summarized and potential future work is expected. The system main functions and features are generalized as follows:1. Different user categories and requirements taken into account, the system is divided into three modules including information sharing module, collaborative case handling module and system administrator module, which makes this whole system in complete function andlow coupling.2. The system has finally realized these main functions, such as announcement information and resource information display, information resource query and statistics, case launching, case handling including cases which have already been sent, are waiting to be sent and have already been received, announcement management, case management and so on. The system meets the need that information resource sharing and collaborative case handling online for political-legal department at present by considering the related businesses of political-legal departments at all levels.3. Based on the internal network of political-legal department, the system has implemented business processes that fulfill private cases launching, prosecution, examination, judging, closing among political-legal departments, which meets the demand of business process handling of cross departments and data share of case handling.4. The system is based on current popular Java EE architecture and accords to MVC design pattern. Meanwhile, it uses a lightweight framework combination technology of Spring MVC、My Batis and Spring to design the various layers of the system, including presentation layer, control layer, business logic layer and data persistence layer, each of which is not only independent but also coordinated with each other, so that great convenience can be provided for the expansion and perfection of business function of political-legal department.5. Use j Query, Bootstrap, z Tree and other popular front-end technologies comprehensively to design a united style, beautiful and eyes friendly interfaces. Also the interfaces can have a friendly interaction with users, greatly enhance the user experience and attract more users.6. Use XML parse, file upload and download, file transfer and other technologies in the course of system implementation. Besides, the JUnit unit test on the system is carried out after the system implementation, which contributes to the improvement of code quality and normal operation of the system.It is believed that with the system applied in a more expansive area, it will play an important role in improving working efficiency of the political-legal department, strengthening the law-enforcing supervision, standardizing the judicial process and improving the judicial efficiency.
