Position in the industrial production of metrology is a very important work, no advanced testing measures and scientific management system, there would be no good product quality. Measurement and management is an important part of measure, it refers to the overall coordination of the relationship between the measurement technology, metering management, measurement and metering management administration according to law. In today's rapid development of computer information technology, the measurement of information technology, digital technology is the development trend of measurement industry. Analysis of problems existing in the work of measurement management of the typical problems and solutions, comprehensive analysis of the demand of the metrological management information system, on this basis, the system overall design and detailed design, and ultimately will metering management work in the computer information management system running under the network environment.Microsoft system using the object-oriented software development method of visualization development environment, visual Basic as the main development tool,using Microsoft Access2003 as a relational database, and use ADO database programming model in VB programming language, and a powerful SQL database query language, database access and update the database, in order to better achieve the desired functional requirements. System includes the login information management,mailroom management subsystem and management subsystem test room, financial room management subsystem and integrated query subsystem and system management six subsystems. Computer network system can complete instrument collection,transmission, processing, storage, update and maintenance. System follow the lab workflow management system, real-time control of the state of the work, complete the data with a single type of Shared information, greatly reduces the manual input error rate, the speed of data transmission, greatly improves the work quality and efficiency,and provide a solid basis for management decision-making basically solved theshortcoming of the traditional work, such measurement metering management work into the information age.
