With the rapid development of science and technology as well as the fierce market competition,the time to the market becomes shorter for all kinds of electronic products.Thus the one time success probability of design and production becomes more and more important.How to make the design more reasonable? How to make the production more smoothly? These make the concept and the importance of DFM(Design For Manufacturability)increasingly prominent.Several existing EDA(Electronic Design Automatic)software do not focus on DFM nowadays,so engineers have to fully understand production process or depend on other professional DFM software to prevent all kinds of DFM problems in the design stage.In this paper,I have used the existed EDA software,developed a functional software to comprehensive consider manufacturability factors in the PCB design stage,in order to avoid some DFM problems being exposed in the production stage.I have used Cadence Skill to develop several functions in the aspects of silkscreen and test point.The Notepad++ editing program is used to edit and reorganize the program,then the program is imported into the Allegro to test its function and optimization.Applying my software into the real projects,the pass rate and efficiency of the production have been improved,thus which brings great benefits to the manufacturer.
