Design And Implementation Of The Interactive Platform In Tax Enterprises Based On J2EE

This paper designs a tax corporate interactive platform. The design of the system is based on the J2EE framework, the develop language is Java language, the database is database. This platform is divided into eight functional modules respectively. They are information manufacture management, mobile phone short message management, query statistics, information submitted to the management, online survey management, tax calendar management, advanced praise management and system management. The platform can realize active pushing service, including policies and regulations for taxpayers notice. It also provides the taxpayer to carry out humanized reminder newspaper calls, SMS alert service. The platform provides protection of the rights and interests for taxpayers, tax consulting individual channels, improve the tax service quality, strengthen the communication and interaction between tax authorities and taxpayers, to achieve the harmonious development of the tax rate on both sides.Before developing the platform it is the demand analysis of tax enterprises. It is from three aspects of the platform to conduct a comprehensive analysis the overall function, user access and use-case to prepare for the subsequent design. The users of the system are administrator of the autonomous region local taxation bureau and local, state,municipal, district bureau organ tax enterprise platform operators. According to the demand analysis it designs the tax enterprise interaction platform. The framework of the platform is divided into three levels, which are the infrastructure layer, business logic layer and application layer. Infrastructure layer is mainly refers to the tax rate of the platform supporting the role of the interactive platform. The business logic layer is the main business logic of the platform. Application layer is a window of interaction between users and platforms. Firstly, it is the architecture of tax enterprise interaction platform, network data interaction. Next, the database of the platform. The work process of the platform is from the two types of users to start respectively. Finally it is the detailed design of the sequence diagram. Finally, it is the implementation and testing of the interactive platform. In the process, it has information production management module, SMS management module, query statistics module, the information submitted module. They are the implementation of the interface and the main categories. After the completion of the platform it is the functional test.The platform provide a fair tax environment for taxpayers. It strengthens the interaction between enterprises, and promotes enterprise information sharing and collaborative development and coordination management behavior. It can promotesenterprises to self-regulate, control, and to avoid unfair competition. So as to safeguard enterprise of their own interests and common development. The building of this platform can protect the rights and interests of taxpayers.
